Does this use batteries?

Yes, however, I don't know of any remote that doesn't require a battery.

Cant get these to work? Matched code. 310freq. Whats going on?

Try reversing the dip switch order. This has worked on other non linear remotes before. Good luck hope this helps

How do you change the battery?

Mine didn’t last long enough to worry about it. They broke easily.

Does each remote have one set of dip switches or two sets of dip switches?

Each remote has its own set of dip switches and can be programmed for different doors
