On your order summary, there is an option for "problem with order." Fill that out.

How many pads is this listing for? Is it a total of 65 pads or 3 packs of 65 each for a total of 195?

Thank you for your inquiry..... Regarding your question,,,,, One container has 65 pads,, so the Listing is 3 packs or 3 Containers with 65 pads each, which equals 195 pads...We hope this helps you...Thank you...Sincerely,SuperBiz Customer Service Team(DM)

Where are the pads made?

I have used them for years. They are very saturated and the pad is very smooth; does not pill or lint. I use the pad to remove all make-up, not just eye. The package does not specify what the pad itself is made of. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer if this is important to you.

I know it says we can’t return but could I get a replacement? My items showed up damaged and leaking.

There should be an option on your order summary for "problem with order." Fill that out.
