ordered this bike after a lot of research on all types of electric bikes. looks just as cool when it arrives as it does online. assembly company was fantastic, and it rides really well. took some extra days on shipping but seller was very responsive and even sent me a small gift accessory for the bike. i had a few questions about it and he also was quick to answer. not really someone that writes reviews but i read them, especislly when spending a decent amount of money, and after a few rides on streets and up the mountain trails in arizona, i'm a very happy customer so far.

Help! There are little or no instructions. I bought the 20" folding ebike and I don't know how to engage the motor assist. Or when do I use the battery key?
