This is very helpful getting your iron up. Doesn't make you constipated like other iron pills I have tried. I will be buying from this company again.

I bought this as an alternative to what I normally purchase and it definitely provided the same results at a cheaper price. The pill was shaped differently but still easy to swallow. I would recommend.

Very good product and cheaper than the name brand item. HOWEVER, the caps are almost impossible to open. The newest caps need extreme strength and coordination to open. I realize there is a need for safety caps but there should be be a way for senior citizens to order easy to open bottles.

I enjoy the fact they are slow release so they are better on the stomach and easier to take.

This is a really good iron supplement! Most others make my stomach hurt, even the ones that say “gentle,” but this one is fantastic. I never feel sick. TMI: However, I do get pretty constipated 😞 so I have to start increasing my fiber intake or take a stool softener with it. I’ve been using it for a month now and I’ve seen and felt the benefits already. I no longer feel like I’m freezing all the time, my nails are actually getting stronger instead of breaking and being brittle, I’ve stopped getting dizzy spells when I stand up, and it has helped with my menstrual cycle issues. Highly recommend these! But if you’re prone to constipation when taking iron, you’ll need fiber or a stool softener for sure.

I got these when the Slow Fe I usually get became unavailable and find they are just as good and cost way less. They don't upset my stomach at all so long as I've eaten something first. This was why I got Slow Fe in the first place so I'm pleased to find a more economical alternative.

I love these pills. Gentle on the tummy and such great value for money. I get them for my parents as well. Used to get them on an Amazon subscription in the US. And was pretty miffed that I couldn't get them in Australia. But nowwww. I can. Yaaaaayyyy.
