Works Great
I could not have been more surprised at how fantastic these bins work in my 10 needle machine. They are easy to put in and fit perfectly, and I have not had a bobbin thread break yet.I am definitely a repeat customer for the money you cannot go wrong. My stitches come out perfectly!

Perfect bobbin for my machine
These are perfect in my 15 needle machine. My only complaint is that my machine doesnt alert when the bobbin is empty until after quite a few stitches. Other than that these are perfect!
User
very poor quality control - no customer service
I have used Fil-Tec bobbins for years and have enjoyed them. However, the box of bobbins I received in September are is just horrible. Every single bobbin I have used from this box shreds as it moves thru the bobbin case, creating a big fuzz ball in the bobbin case which causes the machine to stop stitching. Others have reported the same thing. I contacted the manufacturer via their website's "contact us" feature more than 10 days ago, explained the situation and provided my contact information so that they could respond. I have received no reply - not even an acknowledgment of my message. I will not purchase these again.
