Step 1. Apply black UV gel polish and cure with UV/LED lamp until totally dry
Step 2. Apply NO WIPE TOP COAT and cure with UV/LED lamp; (Cure times depending on the wattage vary between UV and LED lamps.)
Step 3. Use eyeshadow Rub/Pat to pick the holo powder and apply it onto your nails until evenly covered, ONLY A SMALL AMOUNT IS NEEDED.
Step 4. Repeat the step untill you're satisfied with the effect.
Step 5. Smooth over the powder stuck to the nail, remove any left over powder.
Step 6. Apply a final coat of NO WIPE TOP COAT and cure it until completely dry.
