Cannot get better when it comes value for money
Goods: Best value for money if you don not mind a slightly powdery shake. Add half a scoop to your protein powder for a extra protein intake Good for keto diets Pure products Cheap Scramble egg whites are possible Very good for baking goods Very good for high protein Keto type drink that already has another flavor Bads: Resealable plastic bag is not everyone's cup of tea, would need to either put it in another hard container Keep away from humidity and heat at all cost or small clumps may form that will not mix upon blending No flavor, Good if you have other protein powders to add it, not ideal if you don't have flavor and cannot take it directly in water or other fluids. DONOT try to mix it with water and fry an egg, as the product is not as good as a freshly cracked egg white, be smart and realize that one can not make egg fried rice with it. Overall Very very very good for extra protein with convenience with high bioavailability

Blends well and convenient
Very good. It’s a lot easier than separating egg yolks for making a slightly lighter omelette. It blends nicely with a scoop of low carb protein powder- add 2 full eggs and cook into a tasty pancake (cookies n cream protein works- add a dash of sugar free maple syrup 😋)

Tricky to mix
Good alternative to wasting yolks! Tricky to mix but good if used in a recipe that uses a blender

Full of good protein
It's not good to drink ,and very hard to mix with water ...but having said that I can mix it with some milk and make a pancake on a hot pan ,for me it's better this way ...it's definitely a good clean product,....worth experimenting with !!!
