I dont know but i LOVE the product and it has worked fine

when i use this while using my heels feels too hot with this products. is it ok?

This is a wonderful product but you must know that bc the motor is set way too high, even the lowest setting is too fast...so you must do short, small strokes and slightly tilting the machine, so that only one side is sanding...seems complicated at first and quite scary, but you can get used to it...it'll even burn the skin if u stay too long on one area...be very careful!!!
