To the product as advertised

I was disappointed because the product did not come with an instruction manual. And one of the bulbs was shattered upon arrival rendering the whole kit ineffective because you cannot begin the screen preparation, moreover the wash tank hose you cannot connect it to the faucet, so essentially this is overpriced, because you are paying for the "starter kit", I've tried to contact the seller for replacement, and for instructions, no response.
