As I have gotten older, I've noticed a couple of places where my hair is thinning. So, my search began to see if I could find a remedy. I discovered that several oils have the ability to promote growth, the main one (that my daughter recommended) was alma oil. I tried a sample of hers but I found that the smell was a bit too much to use on my hair during the day. Not a bad smell but a bit 'glaring'. Continuing my search, I came across repair oil, and purchased right away (I was sold with the combo of Argan, Amla and Marula oils).Since I still must give the oil time to work (I've only been using it for 2 weeks), I will say this: 1) love the packaging...the applicator is perfect for strategic application; 2) the smell is very pleasant....everyone has their own sensitivities to smells so I won't discount others who do not like the smell. But for me, it has a very light, pleasant, non-glaring smell. I'm very comfortable using during the day; 3) I think the company nailed it with the trio combo of oils as they all bring wonderful benefits. Thank you, Hera Nature.

I may be premature in reviewing this product since I've only been using it a few days but I want to say how amazing this oil is! I have fine, thick, wavy greying hair. As I have let my grey grow out, my hair has become dry, frizzy and unruly. I have in my bathroom cabinet right now maroocan oil, silk therapy hair serum, chi serums, leave in conditioners and argon oil..and yet...the search went on to find an oil that would moisturize my hair without making it flat and, well, oily looking! I work in a hair salon ( I am an Esthetician) so have access to and have tried everything. I found this article on gooseberry oil and its benefits to hair so after reading the high reviews on this product (and also just paid that high price for Prime membership!) I ordered Hera Nature Total Repair. It arrived well packaged and on time (thank you Amazon). I was hesitant because some reviews said the smell was offensive so first thing I did was put a few drops on my hands to smell. I Love this smell!!! It has a natural, rather pleasant smell but it doesn't stay on my hair so even if it stunk, I'd probably use it because my unruly curly hair absorbed this wonderful product like a sponge. No frizz, no crispy ends and oh, THE SHINE!! I am looking at purchasing the shampoo and conditioner now and will finally clean out my bathroom cabinet of over 4 different PROFESSIONAL lines currently taking up space but not earning their keep. So far...I Love this oil! ❤️

I gave it three stars because I find the oil heavy. Made my hair greasy. But I will continue to experiment with it and see because this product has received such great reviews. The ingredients are the best so maybe I did not use it properly for my hair. Not sure.

Smells really awful, leaves my hair looking and feeling greasy. Would like to return, but I don't think I can.

I've been using this oil blend on my hair for just over three weeks and I like it enough that I'll be ordering a second bottle. I hadn't tried any of these three oils on my hair individually. I didn't expect a hair growth miracle and it's only been three weeks but I'm pleased with the texture, reduced frizz and shine I get after applying it. It definitely feels more resilient. I'm using it as scalp treatment and on the ends/length. I'm trying to grow out and hopefully thicken up my fragile (type 3a with some 2c) curls, currently at 22". I do not love the scent but I don't find it as unpleasant as some do. I'm also using coconut oil and castor oil intermittently.

Ive had my hair red, blonde, black and all have been with bleach so i put my hair through alot of stress, not to mention i curl and flat iron every day. I bought this oil and been using it for about 4 days now and it has made my hair so soft. The vanilla scent is very faint and im not seeing a lot of hair loss in the shower like before. I will stock up on this for sure
