Are the bottom of the feet protected with any materials so they don't scratch wood surfaces?

the feet are circular pieces of smooth rounded metal with felt-like dots on the bottom for the table surface. Even without the felt dots, which one has fallen off, its not marking my furniture in any way.

Will it hold 4.25 inch coasters?

Can this hold a bath and body works candle?

I am not sure about a Bath and Body Works candle, but it easily fits a large jar Yankee Candle with room to spare. Hope this helps.
