Good for acne, waiting to see how it does for migraines!
I haven't noticed any major improvements, but the niacinamide in it actually has helped with my acne. I usually avoid prescription painkillers for headaches and migraines and I have been consistent with taking this supplement everyday for the past 2 weeks. I will update my amazon review after taking this for a month to see if i have any major migraine improvements.

Works great in preventing migraines
I had been taking a different supplement that contained similar ingredients but was more than triple the cost of MigraMD. About 10 years ago I found that taking Riboflavin helped considerably in reducing the amount of migraine attacks for me. With the price of the migraine prevention forumla I was taking going up, I decided to give MigraMD a trial run. I've been taking two tablets a day (1 in the morning, 1 evening) and it is working just as well if not better at preventing migraines. I have bought 3 bottles so far and plan on continuing to use this product instead.

Upset stomach
I guess I’m in the minority because this product has done nothing but give me diarrhea. Probably due to the type of magnesium used. I noticed no difference in migraines, but was not able to take it long enough to see any benefits.

Great!
I suffer from daily migraines due to head trauma. I take daily meds and always a B-vit+ Mag. for inflammation. I really liked your product. It helped to keep swelling/headache at bay.

My experience may not be typical migraines
I have been taking MigraMD for about 3 weeks. I was told to try this product to help with a single 'possible' vestibular migraine. I have had some weird side effects after the episode and was told to try this and an migraine elimination diet. I have not had another migraine, if that is actually what it was, but am still experiencing the bouts of dizziness. I will continue to use this product and see if I see any other results.

Take two pills per day!
I tried just taking one pill per day hoping it would help and last longer since it is quite expensive on my budget. I think it helped some, but the last week and a half I started taking two pills as indicated and I really do feel better. I have a lot of stress in my life right now and am not getting much sleep, both migraine triggers for me, and I have only had one migraine during this time!

Nice option
Not sure if it's helping yet but I like the ingredients.Update-I feel refreshed and it had helped keep some severe migraines to a lesser severity.
