48x78 World Wall Map by Smithsonian Journeys - Tan Oceans Special Edition (48x78 Laminated)

I had tried a different map but it started ungluing from the foam as soon as i got it out of the box... this one is laminated.. i just hung it on my wall purchased my own foam for the back and since its laminated it worked out perfect.. and it shows the small towns i visited as well.. loved it

The map is great. I had a problem though. It was too heavy to hang with push pins. Just make sure you have something stronger than push pins. Two sided tape or whatever. Awesome looking map.

I actually got glued this to foam board to easily hang on my wall. Used cute push pins to mark everywhere we have traveled together as a family. Looks great in our home office. Kids have also referenced it for homework.

The description listed this as a rolled map, but what I received was folded. Very disappointed. The map itself is nice quality and easy to read. But the creases and folds definitely take away from the quality. Wish the description would have been accurate.

Wish the map was a little bigger and the font was bigger, but I love the map. It’s large and would be good for adventurers.

Bought this map to put up on our wall for homeschool and constant continuous learning in our home. I like that it's laminated so it will not tear as easily as our last map, if at all. The only downside is that some of the print for cities is very, very small. Even someone like me with really good eye sight (for reading small print) can have a hard time if there is not enough light on the map. We keep a magnifying glass near the map because we have to use it occasionally!EVEN with that aspect of the map I still like the fact that there are SO MANY cities listed! It's really compacted in that respect but very good for referencing places.

This was nice to look at on my wall until my brother ripped it up. I recommend this if you want something nice in your room.
