Recommended during pregnancy a good brain supplement all around
My brother recommended this product to me his wife took it both of her pregnancies. He attributed to his children being somewhat calm throughout the time they've been developing. He did a lot of research and has been in the medical field for some time. I did notice that there was a common General that I had unfortunately my pregnancy did not come to full fruition. So I would say this quality seems to be good. I still use it.

Causes oily scalp, oily skin, acne
Not safe to use. Even taken every other day, causes a whole host of side effects. It likely interacts with and affects levels of other b vitamins too

Better bang for your buck than any nootropic or brain supplement out there.
Love this product and use it with preworkouts to beat out the mental fatigue and to make my other vitamins more efficient. Overall, I think this is better than any nootropic supplement can offer.
