I've recently been having a spot of bother with basically Repetitive Strain Injury with having to do a lot of work on my laptop, especially when you're doing CAD and programming, it's not a healthy mix between typing and using a mouseI was recommended getting a Laptop stand so I Thad a quick search and saw this which I liked the look ofI wanted one that would fit in my laptop bag, so it had to be flat pack and foldingI'm also really keen on minimalistic design so when I saw this sleek stand I was pretty much soldUpon opening, I was immediately fond of the lovely anodized aluminium finish with highlighting EPDM pads (a synthetic rubberised polymer they've used) attached to itI will admit, it's not ideal, The first setting for the laptop, is actually pretty high, higher than I thought and the maximum setting is really highSo I have to always have it on minimum and even that's slightly too highIt's alright for when you're doing odd bits because it forces your wrists to float so you don't end up resting them and just moving your fingers which was what was hurting my fingersBut, it is high enough that if you do decide to rest your wrists after a while say a few hours typing, that you can't really type without bending your wrists back at some awkward degreeThis isn't ideal really and it is a bit of a shameBut the laptop stand itself is really solid, portable and looks very sleek!If they could just fix this, then I would be very happy!If it had just one extra earlier slot, it would be ideal!Overall, I'm not exactly disappointed, it does what I want, and I just alternate between using it and notThat seems to have helped quite a lot of my RSII'm really fond of the finish and the design is superb because of how minimalistic it is!Finished to a high quality and very lightweight/ portable

I bought this for both my laptop and iPad Pro.With the laptop it supports a heavy 18” so the screen is up to a good height. It does the same with the iPad Pro and also lowers it to a low angle for drawing on.The stand is well made and has rubber pads to both cushion and securely grip your device. It also folds flat for slipping into my laptop bag (or will when lockdown is over!).Bad things - the bar that the pieces spin out from could have been better set up and two rubber grips rub slightly, it’s not really an issue but a little annoying. Also (and this may just be me) but even after a month of using it do I still unfold it the wrong way! A simple unfolding instruction could have easily been engraved on it to make it easier.

This is a very simple product that does a great job. It’s really convenient, sitting almost completely flat when lowered, and can fit into a bag easily or sit underneath your laptop almost invisibly. And the adjustable nature allows for working with a raised screen, or displaying at several different heights. At its maximum, a laptop can be brought in line with a desktop monitor for ease of use. I’ve tried this with 3 laptops, 12” & 14”, with varying profiles and weights and it did the same job for all of them with ease.

This product was far more than I expected for the price. I expected a tough plastic product. I got an anodise alloy folding stand of extremely good quality that was covered in local spots with non slip rubber pads. This stand looks good, feels good and does the job perfectly. A great buy at the price I paid.I can see no downside to this stand

Would have appreciated some instructions or even a diagram to see how it should look would have been appreciated otherwise a good product.

The laptop is slipping and when tilting in the higher levels the laptop doesn't stay at the place.

Nice and sturdy, raises my laptop to the right height and angle for me whilst working from home.

Solid build quality, genuine metal rather than sprayed over plastic, several height settings, really good!
