This Saddlebag Theft Deterrent system makes it more difficult for a thief to steal your saddlebags and the contents in them, but not using this system sure makes it easier for the thief to ruin your day. This kit will fit all Harley Davidson saddlebags 1993-2013, hard and soft. They take the place of the Bailhead quick release pins that came stock on your bike. NEW Hardware for both saddlebags. (The photo just shows the top of the page) 4-Stainless Steel Tamper Proof Pin-in button head bolts, which means they have a rounded head on the bolt, to have a smooth surface so it will not harm any contents in your saddlebags, and a pin in the center of the hex head so not just any Allen/hex head wrench will remove this type of screw, 4-Stainless Steel oversize washers that will cover all of the inside grommet so it will not pinch or harm the rubber and compress it evenly, 4-Stainless Steel lock washers to hold the bolt tight and secure, and 4-Black oxide coated grade 5 U-Clips that fit right in place of the Bailhead retaining clips.
