This was my first bike stand; I'm an exacting customer and was very impressed with the quality and value of this product. It's very well designed and built - e.g., it's sturdy/solid, and quick release clamps work well. I have heavy ebikes and one mistake I made was not tightening the clamp on the seat post enough. This bike slid down a bit while I was working on it the first time and the seat base dug into the red plastic protector on the clamp. This was a user error and when I tightened the clamp properly there was not problem. The instructions could be clearer on this point There was a defect in the base on the original product I got, but the Yaheetech customer service was very responsive and quickly sent a replacement. I'm very pleased with this this purchase and the Yaheetech customer service experience.

In my younger days I was a professional bicycle mechanic at several different bike shops around SoCal. Im used to working with the Park professional $2500 repair stand. I figure for the $50 i spent, It would be no big loss if it turned out to be crap. I was happily surprised at how heavy and sturdy this is. You would have to shove this thing pretty hard to knock it over. I was able to remove some stubborn pedals from cranks while my bike was in the stand, and it moved a bit, but at no point did i feel it would fall over. Pro's: Heavy duty Lots of Adjustment, ie: height, rotation, width of legs, etc. Plastic joints seem fairly durable Assembly took less than a couple minutes Folds up easily Great Price for a fairly decent product Cons: My only gripe. :)... Tightening the blue clamp wheels even when cranked down as far they will go, don't hold the tubes very solid in place. I'm used to clamping on the seat tube, as you can do damage or mark the frame anywhere else, so the front of the bike slowly dips down until the front tire touches the ground or the legs. This only happens with heavier bikes such as my aluminum full suspension bike and my girlfriends hard tail aluminum mountain bike. My lighter urban flat bar bike stays in place, but not perfectly, the front of the bike still dips down easily if you give it any pressure. I may drill small holes in the clamps to put a pin through to keep it from rotating.

The stand looks nice with tubular construction and was easy to assemble. The price with the coupon makes it quite reasonable in price, but it is only okay for holding the bike in place. The stand does not hold the bike in position. I have a Northrock Mountain Bike and while some of the modifications I've done do make it a bit heavier, the stand should hold it balanced or parallel to the ground from front to back. No matter how hard I tightened down, the bike always turned with the rear wheel much higher than the front wheel. When I want to work on the front wheel, there is no way to turn the bike that places the front into a higher position, and when I went to adjust the derailers, I finally had to place a stool under the front wheel to keep the front and rear parallel. The clamp protectors also come loose when trying to hold the bike in place. on the stand, and when using the clamp to hold the bike by the seat post, a necessary way of holding a bike that has gear cables running under the center bar, again no matter how tight I made the clamp, the bike still slid from the grab point down to the seat. I will likely have to make some alterations to the stand to make it keep the bike parallel or adjust to place the tire I am working on higher. I will also probably also add adhesive to hold the clamp protectors in place. It will work for occasional bike work though, and it's problems are somewhat expected because the price is very good for a bike stand. Also, once I figure out how to alter its adjustment it will become a good stand. Finally, one more comment, please use a delivery service other than FedEx. Their communications are poor at best and despite having my home address, they still left the box at the Post Office, and I received no communications from FedEx that they were delivering there.

Great stand easy to use comes with a tray to mount on the stand and swing bar for front tire . Will hold up a mountain bike for months and never change its position. Very strong 💪

Works well and is I expensive. Only used it so far with a lighter bike but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work with most

Yes, I would have liked to get a better-quality one of these on which to work on my bikes, but I just don't have the $cratch to spare right now (and I got this pretty cheap - it was on sale, PLUS I had a coupon). For its price, this thing is good enough for occasionally working on bikes; however if you'll be using it all day, every day, I'd look elsewhere. The parts quality is quite alright, for the most part. Not the best, but quite alright. All the parts were intact, even though it came in a beaten-up box. The assembly was a cinch - super-easy, and took almost no time at all. I like that the stand collapses easily, too, as I don't have much room at my place, really. As long as you're smart in the way you use it (eg: don't over-tighten things, including the clamp that holds the bike), this stand should be all you need. However, I could see things getting broken over time if there is constant over-tightening of, say, the quick-release clamps, for example. But again, as long as you're reasonable with the use of this stand, it's good enough for occasional to moderate use. I do notice that when I clamp my bike up by the seat post, the clamp's arm torques quite a bit. That's the main thing I have to keep an eye on with this stand. On a heavy-ish bike that I have (probably around 35+ pounds), there's some twisting of that clamp arm. That could also be b/c of the way I have the arm set up, now that I think about it while I write this. If I clamp the arm into the main post at the same angle at which it rests upon twisting, I might be able to avoid the torque altogether. In any case, I'm fairly confident that this stand will last me as long as I need it, provided I use it within reason. I'd recommend getting this if you need something on the cheap for relatively occasional use, and if you don't have a super-heavy bike (I don't think I'd put a 60+ pound electric bike on this, for example). I'd say 40lbs max. (comfortably) 4/5 stars. Not the best, but good enough for the money for occasional to moderate use.
