when i put them on behind my knees, i feel they are so hard i actually have difficulty to bend my knees. If i try hard they just stuck to my calf and i feel i will trip. maybe i don't know how to use them? anyway, i plan to return them.

When I put it on, I couldn't bend my knee at all. It didn't come with any instructions and I couldn't figure out any way to adjust it, so back it went.

These are actually pretty good. I had a few of my family try this out as most them have trouble getting up from a squatting position. All said it helped them but only one issue we all had. The straps are not strong enough to fasten on leg. Once you squat they unfasten and they fall off. Unless you have skinny thighs it works. So I say fix the straps and it’s a good product.

The concept and 'sales pitch' is great - but don't buy into the hype. They're horrible. They do absolutely nothing to help - other than provide A LITTLE bit of knee support - the same thing any generic knee support would provide - for a fraction of the price.

Very difficult to put on .....and very complicated.....would not recomend
