What’s the max weight it can hold?

So far my max that I been lifting is 580 lbs and they are fine and been using them for over a year.

What size should i get for 7.5 inch wrists? i ordered large but they are too big to even use. what size should i exchange them for?

Did you try twisting them one time to reduce size if that did not work go down a size
