This assembly includes stainless steel end caps to cover the nuts once they are secured in place. This assembly is intended for WOOD TERMINAL POSTS. We swage on the Factory Tensioner onto your cable with our professional swaging machine. Recommended Quantity: 11 assemblies needed for each cable run 36" high. 13 assemblies needed for each cable run 42" high. TIP: Add an extra 4" of cable for each cable strand that runs continuously around each corner. NOTE: THIS ASSEMBLY TYPE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 1/8" CABLE. Our thinnest, most rigid, and most popular cable size for residential applications. The Cable Quick Lock Swageless Receiver Terminal End of this assembly does not fit inside our Stair Washers. However, you may countersink the wood post hole(s) at an angle to substitute the stair washer. Our 1/8" 1x19 cable is our thinnest and most visually discreet option, but will still provide plenty of safety for standard applications. Make sure to purchase our CABLE CUTTERS as well, since you'll still need to cut your cable. Client will have to custom drill hole size on posts. Stainless Steel is highly resistant, but not impervious to the elements, and requires minimal maintenance for ideal results. We recommend applying Citrisurf 77 Plus to all exposed stainless steel components at the time of installation. In addition, apply Boeshield T9 if within 10 miles of a marine environment to further protect the stainless steel. Please verify with local building codes.
