Biggest pouch in front is 11 inches long and lil under 7 inches wide. Is perfect for putting compact pistol a couple extra mags. Still have plenty of room and pockets to store other items. Love it. Getting a couple more for my kids. Really built tough a d durable. High quality at a low price. Hard to find now and days. Buy one or two wont regret it.

What is the "magic strap for fixing shoulder strap"?

"Magic" is a translation of hook and loop fastener, or "Velcro" There is a velcro loop on the lower back side (against your spine when worn) to attach to your waist belt. Since it would be rather clumsy to attach it while you are wearing the belt, I think it is intended to be used with your own nylon web/fastex buckle belt. You can get those online for $3 or so.
