Hung my outdoor led string lights. Cable and connectors worked well. Didn't need all the parts but a good deal for the price

A true review is not immediately after the installation- it’s a few months after it’s been up and exposed to the elements and the weight of the string lights.The hardware seemed to be OK- again, the proof is in extended exposure to the elements. The screws are crappy metal- the heads strip out fairly easy. They definitely require accurate predrilled holes.Overall- the price was the determining factor. I priced most of these items separately through HD- the price would have been almost twice as much.

This had everything I needed, quality seems sufficient, and enough instruction to get the job done. Withholding one star simply because it's only been a couple of weeks since I used this for guidewires for my outdoor cafe lights, so it's too soon to say if it will last.

Once installed, these seem to be sturdy and the black wiring looks good with my black lighting cables. Two things that I didn't like: 1) the wiring is coiled and not on a reel. Easily comes loose and gets tangled and 2) the carabiner hooks are made to thread the wire through and have a sharp edge on the outside of the inner grommet. I wanted to support the lighting cable with the same carabiner, but the sharp edges cut into the cabling. I replaced them with new carabiners without the internal grommet, which worked much better.

Got this to hold 2 150 light led panels that weigh about 5lbs each to be used on a portion of a 57' flower bed for suplimental lighting.. No matter how tight I make the line it always stretches and sags. I've tightened the line so much that I have warped a 4"x8' board to the point that it's now curved, and placing even one of the led lights stretches the line by 6" no matter what I do..Description says it will support more than 200lbs but cannot stay tight for 10lbs and instead stretches like cheap plastic. I cannot recommend such a product accept for very very light loads.

The wire is very strong and it tightens easily with all things in the kit. When we attached the lights with the zip ties it never lost it’s tension. Great tip was getting the black coated wire as it matches light wire and you can’t see it at night Looks really nice!

Bought this kit for a heavier bistro light set so they wouldn’t sag. The instructions weren’t amazing, but it’s pretty straight forward and easy to install. Very happy with the final result.

This kit included everything I need for 5 gates. The wire clamps work very well (many time the wire clamp doesn't hold the wire really tight), It comes with every thing you see--having the wrench included made this a take and go kit. No need to hunt for the right size wrench--all you need are wire cutters. The wire its self is very strong and coated very well
