Not fit for purpose

The seller is not helpful at all. Came with no set up instructions and the seller just told me to look at you tube. The cutter is completely blunt and isn't fit for purpose. The wire is plastic and stretches, and doesn't cut all the way down. I've gone back to using a ruler and a knife. It's just not worth buying.
