in my opinion this is a nice handy book for aspiring oracle database administrator. the examples are somewhat easy to understand. those who has oracle background experience will find this book useful if you want to explore what it is to be like an oracle database administrator.

Purchased the kindle version and read it because Brian is a great DBA and always makes me think.If you are the only DBA in you shop like me it's fantastic sanity check.Brian is the best technical writer I've run across in at least 10 years.Buy this book!
