Do they stand up properly or only when liquid is in them?

They do stand properly when empty. These are very nice.

Can these measuring cups be easily detached from ring?

They can be detached but I don't know how easy you would say it was.

Why is there a line in the one cup and 1/4 cup measuring cups?

then line in the One cup is for 3/4 cup measurement ... why would it be for 1/2 cup measurement when you have a 1/2 cup to measure with ... and the 1/4 cup line is to measure an 1/8 cup ... 1/8 of a cup equals 1 ounce of liquid

Hello, Are these measuring cups soft plastic, akin to silicone. or stiff? Thank you.

The measuring cups are hard plastic.

Includes a “2 tablespoon” measuring cup! Yay!

Yay! I needed new measuring cups but I didn’t want to spend much. These were inexpensive and they make me happy to look at. I love the bright colors. As far as sizing, these cups include a “2 tablespoon” measuring cup which is ingenious! So many time I need two tablespoons when I’m doubling a recipe! These are sturdy and feel like good quality. Easy to read and easy to use. Really happy with this purchase.
