Comes with almost everything one needs
It works for my purposes- shoulder and arm exercises. If you have weights that are the 1” hole, then it is even better. I use a foam pipe insulation to make up the difference when using Olympic weights. One probably want a few more handles for single arm/shoulder exercises.Other mostly a good purchase

Use this for a better tricep pull! Buy two for facepulls.
If you’re someone who has a wider frame (broad shoulders) and/or long arms, this 36 inch rope is fantastic for tricep pull-downs. I never felt my triceps worked as well with the typical ropes in the gym; this 36 inch rope is the best. Also, if you want the greatest activation in your traps and shoulders from face-pulls, I recommend buying TWO 36 inch ropes. The standard gym rope is not long enough for a proper face-pull, and ONE 36 inch rope just doesn’t provide enough length either. YouTube search “face-pulls Athlean X” and you’ll see why you should purchase two 36 inch ropes. IF you’re lucky enough to go to a gym that already provides a 36 inch rope (like I am) you’ll be fine to buy the 36 inch rope here and bring that to your gym for that combined length to execute the perfect face-pull.Super happy about this product!
