I have one of these units (3 way unit, marked 0310) and would like to buy another, but how can I ensure they do not interfere with each other?

Thanks for your question. Do not worry, Usually they do not interfere with each other, very small probability about this issue. If you want to make sure before ordered or after ordered, please contact with our customer service team by email:eusupport@dewenwils.com.

is customised pairing remembered after a power cut?

It should be we had a power cut the other week and my plugs were fine

I bought 5 pack on 20th Feb 2020 and one has stopped working if i buy a 3 pack would they still work on original remote

Before you buy a new socket try powering the faulty one off for at least 12 hours, then try it again. My family and I have devices like these and they often come back to life again after a break, possibly after an overload or current fluctuation etc. Definitely worth a try but it might not work every time.

I recently bought a 3 socket 1 controller set which I am happy with, what is the best way to add one more socket?

We are very happy you are satisfied with our products. Here is the link for single socket : www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07WLM7L1X Any question , please contact with us :eusupport@dewenwils.com
