They're comfortable, they ride low on the ankle, and they last a long time. (I use socks for months at a time, day in and day out. Twice a day I sprinkle an over-the-counter miconazole powder onto my toes and my socks to control toenail fungus, and this eliminates foot odor completely.)The big problem with these socks is that the manufacturer no longer exists, as far as I can tell.

When I wear mine out (which means the black has faded past my comfort zone, a long journey) I hand off my supply to my daughter, who goes "sock foot" in a daycare. It's a sock eating environment, but these are up to the task! Sadly, my generosity has left me without any black until they are back in stock. Boo hoo!

I wear an 8 shoe & these just fit me so I do not think they would be comfortable on anyone who wears a larger size. They are a wee thin but great to wear with geta or zori all year round

Finally, a tabi sock that fits well! No uncomfortable bunching up between my toes, no squished little toe because the sock isn't wide enough, no bulky seams. I bought these to wear at night because I have arthritis in my feet that is causing my second toe to try to cross my big toe. The socks are comfortable and take care of the problem perfectly. They even help with the neuropathy in my feet! I'll be ordering more!

I did expect them to be a little taller. They're more like a quarter sock height for running. The fabric is not warm, so if you're in a cold house your feet will be cold. They are nicely made, so there's that.

I wanted a sock that was about the thickness of an athletic sock. These aren't quite there, but they are thicker than most tabi socks I've seen. They are top quality which is of great importance to me. I am a US womans' shoe size 7 and I ordered the small which seem to fit well but I wouldn't want them any smaller as 7 really is the limit for the small size in these socks. I will definitely be buying more.

These seem to be great quality, but they are just a bit thick for my Birkenstock sandals. I purchased them for use with those shoes, but after awhile, my feet are sore because it makes the shoes a little tight. The tabis are well-made, and I don't think they shrank in the wash. I have some thinner ones, but they aren't cotton. Overall, these are good quality, and I'm sure I could wear them with flip-flops.

What I really like about these socks (although the material is very soft but sturdy) is that the seams are almost “invisible”. Normally I have to turn my socks inside out so that I don’t get a ridge in my skin from the seams but that was not necessary with these socks. They were well worth the wait, as the colour I selected was not in stock. I am ordering two more sets to have colour variety.

Because I wear flip flops all year long, these socks keep my feet warm when the weather is not conducive to bare feet. I've ordered these several times and have thrown away most of my 'normal' socks!
