lenboes Micro TF SD Card Slot Replacement Repair Part for Nintendo Switch NS NX Console 2017

Was replacing my son's Switch battery, and accidentally broke the cable of the original SD Card reader. This is an exact replacement. Everything works as it's supposed to now.

My husband is making me write this review, so it must’ve been a great product. He said he took out 8 screws, cleaned the back of the switch and replaced the part. He was so happy at how easy it was to replace and fix. The switch now works “flawlessly,” he used that word, that’s a big word for him, so if you’re in doubt, don’t be.

About 2-3 weeks installed now and still working.

One was even misshapen.I had to put in an order for a separate screwdriver set, after which I was able to install the chip. It works, but I stripped one of the screws trying to use the screwdrivers that came with the chip.Since you're going to have to buy separately anyway, go find a cheaper chip that comes without screws. Or spend a little more money for the iFixit kit.

I had previously lost my reader when replacing my battery. Purchased this one as it was the only one that would come in the next day. Worked perfectly fit and was the easiest installation i have ever done. and the reader works great!

So the SD part worked great, unfortunately the tools not so good thankfully I had my own set of tools.
