what are the dimentions?

The internal dimensions are ~5mm (3/16 in) X 20mm (7/8 in). I don't know the size of nitro pills but this is too small for even an 81 mg aspirin. It was useless for any of my medications.

what are the dimensions?

3/8 inch diameter, 1 1/4 inch long, plus the split ring about 1/4 inch to length. Works well-secure closure and waterproof

What is the internal diameter of the case?

The internal diameter of this pill case is 1/4" or 1/2 cm.....the 1/2 cm is more accurate.

Are these all keyed alike?

Each key is unique. They are numbered to identify which bottle the key belongs to.
