Q: can you override the current on/off setting but then return to programmed times automatically?

Yes you can. The override button cycles between OFF-AUTO-ON-AUTO. So, if you cycle it to ON, the plug will turn on, then simply press once more to cycle to AUTO. The light will stay on, until the next programmed off and continue the auto programme.

Q: Both timers were set to turn on at 7:30am and turn off 10:30pm but only one is turning off at 10:30. Both on auto set up the same??

I can only suggest that you set up the programme options again (after clearing all entries), making sure of times on 24 hour cycle - and check the auto setting again. If this does not work then perhaps you have a faulty timer. Hope this helps.

It's not super clear on the instructions so remember you have to select for each on/off time the days of the week you want that on/off time to operate - and do it when you input the time.

You don't say how much current the buggy takes during charging. The socket takes a maximum of 13 amps which should be sufficient for any device to be charged at home. You will need to set the on/off of the switch for the 10 hours duration. The instructions for setting the timer are not particularly straightforward!
