The stand works great with smaller, less heavier laptop computers. Heavier computers slide down the stand as it does not have any hooks or similar to keep heavier and thicker laptops in place. Other than that, the stand is sturdy and firm, good heavy material and raise your laptop computer to eye level reducing neck tension.With heavier thicker computers, it does not work. My laptop kept sliding down the front and I had to readjuste it or place it back on the stand continuously which was a hassle. I couldn't move the table muck cause any minor vibration made it slide down again. Perhaps some hooks or similar to prevent it from sliding and keep the laptop in place would make it great.If your laptop is light and small, it works great.

Love this product! It’s strong hand thin. I won’t ever need to worry that my monitor will fall off my desk. I am impressed at how well it starts puts. It doesn’t move unless I want it to. I would buy this product every time!!

This product turned it to be the perfect solution to my issue: I wanted to be able to easily adjust the direction my 27" iMac was facing without scratching my glass desk. Although there is a little overlap of the iMac's stand and the swivel, it works perfectly. There is a slight resistance when adjusting the position, which is also a good thing. I am very pleased with this product

It works perfectly. The only thing that surprised me was the low rumble it makes when turning my monitor. I wasn't expecting it to make noise, or at least not the amount that it does.

The rotation is not free - it's a bit stiff - which is perfect. I don't want my monitor twirling around like an ice skater. I just need it to move freely when I turn it - which it does. it's good looking, it feels perfectly sturdy and well made, and it allows me to direct my monitor to whatever viewer I need to see it.it's just what I wanted, and I feel confident it will hold up longer than my desktop will.

I was looking for a lap top stand that would allow me to type w/o a keyboard. This stand allows for me to easily type, puts the screen at eye level for my neck and back, and has never slipped. I would highly recommend this product. It's exactly what I was looking for!

This is exactly what I was looking for and it works perfectly. I was worried that my computer might fall off of this butthis is very sturdy and doesn't move from the platform it sits on top of. Great

Just what I needed to turn my 27-inch computer monitor to the other side of the room so others can view my screen.

Works well as advertised . This was placed under an old 30 inch Apple Cinema Display monitor. It looks great and turns smoothly without any wobbles. A good product.

Solid, sturdy, beautifully-designed and crafted. What a joy to see an item produced with such perfection. It is now currently unavailable on Amazon (July 2020). If it does come up again, grab it. I don't remember seeing quality like this in a long time.
