Heavy-duty and very attractive Nice !!
I have yet to find out how it compares to a Lodge, which isn't as attractive looking to me. It is coated with very good enamel --- I hope the inside lasts as long as I think it will.

Every bit a match for the extravagantly priced LeCreuset and Staub models. I find the size very useful cooking for one or two people. Also very attractive.

Excellent quality
I've paid less for some of my other cast iron enameled pots, but you get what you pay for because this pot is a beauty. Beautiful enamel job, fit, handle, weight, balance. Very nice pot to use and enjoy...

Cooking for one or two- the perfect size
I wanted a smaller cast iron dish and lid. They are hard to find locally. This one is perfect for use on the stove top or in the oven. I have also used it (minus the metal lid handle) in my NoWave oven. It is excellent for roasting small joints of meat (bonleless leg of lamb) and for making traditional hot pot. It is heavy but not excessily so. I love the color.

Heavy casting, quality finish, completely non-stick surface. Use primarily for Sourdough bread making, and the results are as good as we expected.
