I had heard of Phenibut, but didn't really know what it was. One day I came across this book, and decided to get at find out what all the buzz was about. I have several friends and family that suffer from depression and social anxiety disorder that really have found an answer to their problems through traditional pharmaceuticals.What I had heard was that Phenibut would help people feel better and be less anxious in social settings. So, I read through the book. I was very impressed with the author explanation of Phenibut. He was even able to make the science part understandale.This is a must read for anyone with social anxiety issues or even those that have problems sleeping or are depressed.

There are a lot of jargons. I am not a doctor. There is a good though. But more like a description. I don't know if this will be helpful for me. I still need to consult a doctor for a second opinion. I am kinda alcoholic and I'm not sure if this will do my good or harm. There may be some benefits but I am still doubting. I need more proof. But at the back of my mind I am still interested.

Very informative. Phenibut works great as an sleeping aid. But can only be used a few times a week. Using 5-HTP during off-days.

Garbage. It’s like someone wrote a 3 page essay on phenibut and then put it in size 32 font, threw it together, and tried to call it a book. No sources for any of the information. I’ve never tried phenibut and was interested in more info...this didn’t help.

This is more of a pamphlet than a book - and it's not terribly informative. It's partially helpful, and partially a pitch for phenibut in general (like it's put out by the Phenibut Commerce Committee or something). Writer's first language is not English, occasional Phinglish slips.

Lots of information, although I came away knowing more about why I shouldn't take phenibut than reasons why I should.
