Works okay; Banana plugs easier to work with
I have mixed feelings about these things. On the one hand they do work, but the springs are quite stiff which can make it a challenge to insert the wire, especially if it’s stranded.For the record, I was able to use 14ga stranded speaker wire, but I highly recommend tinning stranded cables and/or using speaker wire pins. They actually work best with the pins, which are definitely the way to go for the outside connections.If I were doing it over again I think I’d just use banana plugs instead.

Great price for 6 keystones and a plate.
Seems to work fine, I actually removed the keystones from the plate as I only needed 3 at EC and 3 @ speakers. And I also have 9 keystones @ the EC. Used the plate for another spot. Keystones were very tight in the plate, but I am not saying that is a bad thing.
