Cup size is perfect, I would go a size up in the band.

This bra is GREAT! Especially for the price. The only reason it got 4/5 stars from me is because it is just slightly too small around so definitely size up the band vs what you would normally get (Eg. 42G=44G). The cups fit perfect, however.
