FITDECK Exercise Playing Cards for Guided Home Workouts, Stairs

I love the FitDeck series. I love to use the cards to come up with different exercise routines. The stairs deck is good, but very limited in the variety, many of the exercises are just common sense. But there are a few different exercises in the deck to keep it interesting. And really, when you are tired or perhaps not that motivated to workout, having a deck to tell you what to do (even the common sense exercises) is way better than not working out at all.

Love the Fit Deck cards. They clearly show how to perform the exercise. Great way to learn a new workout routine. The seller delivered the cards on time without any issues.

Great concept executed beautifully. I infrequently post reviews but had to review FitDeck. The cards are high quality and provide the structure for a great, fun workout.

Aside from the  FitDeck Bodyweight , this is the deck I use most often. There's a track / high school football field about 1/4 mile away from my house, so I take them there and go up & down the stairs.A few cards seem repetitive, and there's no cards for coming down the stairs (surely there must be some exercises that can be done coming back down). But still a great deck to keep around when I don't want to think about my workout: just shuffle and follow the directions.
