I was not happy with the dress

I was not happy with the dress. The dress ran very small. I wear a 8 or 10. I got a 12 and I couldn't get into the dress.. I had to return it to China, which cost over half of the price of the dress and I still have not got a refund for the balance. I was not with that purchase at all.
