Grandson wants a set of eagle pro obstacle hoops, is this heli a suitable size for them?

IDK. I never bought any obstacles for my heli. However I'm sure it would be fun to fly thru hoops with a great heli such as the s111g

i just opened this helicopter, and the propelers are all wobbly and all 4 of them fall over to the side. is this normal?

Tracy D., from what you described in you message, your helicopter is fine. It is necessary for the helicopter to fly properly.

Does it come with a remote and charger?

Yes...and it's a USB charger so you can charge it through an A/C usb adaptor (we use our iPhone chargers) or computer.

Has anyone found a fix for NEW copter that doesn't respond in any way to the controller?

I'm not sure if this will help, but you can only fly the copter indoors. The infrared won't work outside in the sunlight.
