Product description ------------------- This kit will fit the Honda CBR 900 RR 919 models between 1992 and 1999. This kit replaces all the the Dzus studs with stainless steel bolts and clips. Please see the Honda section of our store for other Honda 900RR kits with Dzus included. Please note the pictures above are generic. They best represent the kit but the quantities will be different. No actual fairing panels are included, only fixings! This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing & screen bolts with nice shiny stainless steel bolts. This kit features high quality Stainless Steel pan head bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5) and 14mm (m6) plus some shouldered bolts with an 18mm head diameter. Please note, there are some bigger headed bolts (22mm diameter approx.) fitted as standard, our bolts will be 18mm diameter in these locations. These are not Honda bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Stainless Steel to replace/upgrade the standard Honda bolts. They are not standard bolts (you can't buy these or anything similar anywhere else). They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding Stainless Steel bolt from Speedy Fasteners. This kit includes all the shouldered bolts required to correctly space your bolt head from the fairing to prevent pinching or over-tightening of the fairing. This kit will replace all the external fairing bolts and associated fixings securing the: Upper Fairing / Cowl Upper Infill Panels Windshield / Screen Mirrors Belly Pan / Lower Fairing Rear Fairing (excludes luggage strap bolts) Included in this 103 piece kit are: 37 Stainless Steel Bolts 37 Nylon Washers 6 Well Nuts 15 Spring Clips 8 Plastic Screws Legal Discler ---------------- Buyer is responsible for the correct fitting of the fairing kit parts and tightening bolts to the correct torque.
