Items are are difficult to assemble and electrical fixtures are not working. It’s a hassle to assemble and only to not work. Requested for a refund and continuing to look again

Super quiet!!! When in the master bedroom, we can hear the fan in our daughter's room louder than this fan in our room (and her fan is fairly new, just installed a year ago, but a different brand). This fan is even quiet on the highest setting!Looks nice (much more modern looking than the older lamp-like ones that came in the house and shine the light right in your eyes). The dome disperses the light evenly throughout the room.It has a remote, so no annoying strings to pull.
