Garbage !!!!!! The first one we received did not work AT ALL. We returned it. We received a second one . The 3rd time I used it quit woring after 5 minutes. Will never order from this company again

Item is as described definitely recommend it buying it from here however just keep in mind sometimes using this for more than 5 minutes can make your neck very sensitive to touch... other than that its a good product.
