Fantastic for clicking out those back nodules! Also great for inner and upper thighs. Use regularly before exercise, or if feeling a bit knotty. Don’t go too far though.

Excellent foam roller. Comes with a handy guide although with any health based product I'd research how to properly use it of course. I purchased the black roller with the red plastic interior. Seems well made and sturdy enough to take my weight. 80-85kg. Comes with a range if different surfaces to provide different levels of intensity (with the right technique). Happy with my purchase!

Roller is great. Delivery was even sooner than expected. Slightly disappointed that the advert showed a picture of an exercise guide that was not included with the package. Not a major issue since use is pretty intuitive.

I've used various other foam rollers for years but it was time for something a bit firmer and my god does it deliver. The firmness and ribs are just excellent, so much better than my previous rollers. Wish I'd bought one before now.

It's made such a big difference to reducing my post-run muscle soreness. I'd heard things about using foam rollers before but had dismissed them as a gimmick. However, having finally decided to buy one, I would definitely recommend it - it's amazingly effective to loosen tired glutes, calves etc. Very prompt delivery from the seller too.
