Foil and cutter replacement available pro skin 3040s ?

Yes. As if it is not available then no one will buy their shavers. It is as simple as that If Braun wont available this replacement head then how he will earn a profit. As far as I know this head which is a set of foil & cutter with microcomb in white color even can easily be fitted to older models of series 3 almost back from 2014, I guess.

My previous Phillips shaver gives me rashes around neck. How is this one on sensitive skin?

I used it for about 2 months. Then I did not use it for about 3 months. When I decided to use it again I find it is not charging.
