Cover with a plastic cap and leave for 10-20 minutes before washing. For an intensive , apply to damp hair overnight and wash off in the morning. Rinse well and follow with shampoo and conditioner. Shampoo: Wet hair thoroughly. Apply small a of shampoo to your hair and scalp. Lather well while gently massaging your scalp. Rinse completely. Repeat if necessary. Conditioner: After shampooing, gently work conditioner into the middle lengths and ends of your hair. Rinse thoroughly. Damage Defence: Shake before use.
