I have never had an issue with this product it worked great. I did recently upgrade to a docking station that also charged my computer but that’s no knock on this product and it’s great for what it is!

This port was a great decision for dual monitors. I recently had to set up my home office for work and this product did not disappoint. I’m able to put both monitors and extend them. It’s important to note that I use dual monitors on my Windows laptop, I have not tried to use it with my MacBook just yet but overall great product. I would recommend this product for a home office set up.

This product has trouble having multiple devices plugged in, for some reason once I insert my usb dongle for my mouse/keyboard, my monitors go haywire and lose signal then after 2-3 seconds they come back on, then go off again. The quality of the material is great though, wish it would work.

I purchased this in August 2025 and it was working great until this week. Now my computer keeps freezing up and when it's not frozen the mouse bounces all over the multiple screens, making it impossible to work. When I disconnect the WavLink the issues resolve. I've connected a second laptop and the issues are happening there as well. I do not recommend this product, and am stuck with it because the return window closed.
