Q: how do you lock it?! i’ve been trying for an hour lol

First, make sure the keyhole is correctly aligned to the bottom of the lock. To do that, turn the small circle part in the center with your finger, so that the small cutout in it is aligned with the bottom of the lock. Once it is aligned, put the key in the lock. To lock it, turn it to the left, and make a full rotation until the key is at the bottom again. Then remove the key. The case is locked now. To open the lock, insert the key and turn it fully to the right, making a full rotation until the key is at the bottom again. Then remove the key - the case is unlocked now.
