UNO Project Starter Kit for Arduino

It is amazing how tiny this is. It seems well made. I soldered the included pins to it so it could be attached to a breadboard. It was easy to get to Arduino IDE to upload programs using the FTDI Cable 5V/3.3V With USB cable that I ordered separately at the same time.

This Arduino compatible Arduino Pro Mini works really well. It is especially useful because of the beefier 3.3V regulator. More than enough current to run itself and a ESP8266 WiFi board. I find that the standard regulator does not give enough current to be of much use so I usually end up having to build my own 3.3V regulated supply. This board solves that issue. Other than that it is pretty standard Arduino Pro Mini with extra I/O. It also comes with the 0.1" headers which is another plus. One thing to watch out for is that this board is 3.3V only so be sure to double check your USB to TTL serial cable to make sure it uses 3.3V levels and is not just 3.3V compatible. You also get a little more with this board as the seller is very knowledgeable and provided quick and useful answers to any questions I had.

Great price, small form factor, and endless uses! Easy to integrate with 3.3 volts.
